AirTel changed my plan from 799 to 999 without taking my concern. When contacted customer care why the plan was changed. They said it is TRAI rule. Is it not the responsibility of Airtel to inform its customer about change in plan? If I want to drop the connection then they are asking to pay 1750/- rupees.
