Text of Complaint by Arun kumar:

I had opted for Airtels life time validity plan some ten years back and I have been using this as my only number for all my transactions.  Now they are all of a sudden changed life time validity and asking to recharge monthly.  They are threatening to stop both outgoing and incoming if not recharged.  This is cheating. Please take appropriate Action on the company.
