Dear Team, I have postpaid Airtel mobile which is am using more then 8 to 9 years.
May b one month back Airtel customer care executive called and asked me to upgrade my bill plan from ₹649 (After tax 18% bill receive₹750/-) to ₹999. Am said, no need and ₹649 is enough for me. Because, am not utilizes 50% benefits which is giving by Airtel.
Today, l came to know, that Airtel changed my bill plan from ₹649 to ₹999 (after tax 18% may bill amountmamount ₹1200/-) when I changed my mobile and installed Airtel app.
When am called Airtel customer service, they said, company (Airtel) changed my bill plan due to market change and trend. Am explained to them, ₹750/- of 649 plan very difficult to pay now days. Then how can I pay ₹1200/- (₹999 plan). They said then go 749 plan. Am said. No thanks. Them she transferred to her senior. He also said strictly, that can’t change to 649 plan and they dropped my call.
Again I called customer service and new officer picked. Am explained each and everything. Now she said, the plan changed by myself on online. Am shocked. Because, earlier the both customer care executive said, mistake done by Airtel. Now new guy said mistake done by myself.
Please note how Airtel cheating to customers.
