Respected sir,

I wish to apply for the change of my landline connection no 01204545028 from monthly plan to yearly which was already active last year but was converted to monthly plan this year in April 2020 during lockdown period as I received call from your call centre to pay the dues of 5671/- for renewal of yearly plan, due to lockdown was unable to pay the bill we requested to executive to please hold the renewal till lockdown opens but they had converted my plan without my consent being a regular customer of your company request you to please change my landline monthly plan to yearly plan i. e of 5671/- with taxes
