Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Kumar and I’m Airtel broadband Hyderabad user, I have raised a request for frequent disconnection, lost the connection and my service request number is 10142668009, 10144620165, 10145896661. The last request ending with …6661 was active for almost 10 day, I have called multiple times but no proper resolution as of March 8th.

When I ask to disconnect the services many calls received but I said I don’t need services. They are such a shameless in spite of not providing the resolution, I am told that they will charge me for the days even there is no internet, which is absolute rubbish. Last month they have processed around 118/ – for the days no internet. And, they told me to return the router which no where they said it is their property and to be returned.

Please help me in providing justice or point me to how to deal.
