Airtel Broadband Suspended without any intimation and team is not resolving the issue after multiple calls to customer care, email to 121 and even sent message on twitter handle and even not refunding my balance

Text of Complaint by Nitish Gupta:

I am very much annoyed with the services provided my airtel for my Broadband services.
I was facing frequent disconnection issue from last 1 year and i have raise multiple complaints for this in past.Instead of solving the issue theyhave suspended my connection and balance in my account is forfieted.
I have called around 50 times in airtel customer care in last 6 days and send around 20 emails to 121@airtel.in
They asked me to do a recharge of 589 INR on my number but even after recharge my broadband connection is still suspended.
