I am very much annoyed with the services provided my airtel for my Broadband services.
I was facing frequent disconnection issue from last 1 year and i have raise multiple complaints for this in past.Instead of solving the issue theyhave suspended my connection and balance in my account is forfieted.
I have called around 50 times in airtel customer care in last 6 days and send around 20 emails to 121@airtel.in
They asked me to do a recharge of 589 INR on my number but even after recharge my broadband connection is still suspended.
