Airtel promises to shift location of broadband service within 3-5 working days but when I asked them to do it its been 7 days no body from airtel calling for shifting hit they are asking for getting a new connection when I asked them for my current service request they disconnect call always.  Inspite of escalating it to airtel escalation team no body follow up for issue even today I had to call n check several times and they just keep forwarding calls to different person and asking for another day , they absolutely failed to provide any reference I’d or order no.for shifting process till date , the SR raised in app even doesn’t show anything. It seems airtel is least bothered to provide service to existing customer rather they make false promises and leave their customer unattended just because shifting is not going to help them in making money like new connection. Highly recommended not to go with airtel connection,  its just wastage of time and money.
