More than 16 days over. still not resolved my Broadband connection issue.

From 18th Jan 2021 morning 11 am my internet services frequently going down for every 20 minutes & i am facing problem to WFH.
Complaint raised on 18th Jan 2021 through Airtel customer care 040 44444121.
No response & support from 18th Jan 2021 to Now (2-Feb-2021).
