On 11th Dec I had raised a very simple compliant that I was not able to use WiFi Calling, for which your team took more than a week to find a solution. Even after a week, they could not locate the issue and finally I was one who told them about how to resolve this issue.
Based on that they replaced my fiber modem with some old dusty modem. While replacing I asked the technician about the condition of the modem, wherein I was informed that the modem is tested and is working fine, hence I accepted it. During this time the technician asked me whether I had raised an issue for landline and I said there is no landline issue. After a few days I realised that the landline number was changed of some other person’s number. My number was just having empty rings. I again raised a complaint as the internet was giving issues with frequent disconnection (3-4 times a day).
The same technician visited my place again. He was there at my house for around 2 hrs but could not resolve the issue but said that my landline issue is fixed and when dialled an outgoing call it was showing the correct number. But in this process he screwed up my internet connection which went down around 1:30 pm. He hastily left my house around 2:15 pm giving a reason that he needed to check the connection from some “server room” which would take 10-15 mins. An hour went by but there was no sing of the technician. I tried calling him around 50-60 times but he was not answering my calls and finally he blocked my number. Later I found out that my landline number was again changed to some else number, and till date a wrong landline number is mapped to me.
Later I raised this issue with Airtel Social Media Team and again raised the issue with your customer service team, and they both have been just giving false and empty promises that the issue will be resolved soon (this has been going on for more than 10 days) but nobody has turned up to replace the modem.
My Service Request Number is 125407298. Every day I get a message saying that issue has been resolved, where I again open the same request and I get an SMS saying the issue has been assigned to a technician and that he will be visiting my home on the same day, but I never get a call from the technician or there is no visit from him.
