I have used airtel broad band for 8 months. Then I have raised request for service cancellation. I paid the pending amount. The customer care people gave me the service request number and said that the services will be cancelled within a week. But still the bill is showing in my account and it is increasing. They haven’t cancelled the services yet. When I call them they are not even responding to the call.
