I made a payment to Airtel sales executive on 10-dec for broadband installation and one month rental and to date have not received any response from technical team for installation and no proper response from customer care. I had submitted cancellation request to customer care who are not accepting request on customer care and instead telling me to cancel when technical team comes which I am not sure when they would come.
