Hello,

I took Airtel Broadband connection on 20th July’23. Broadband services stopped working from 8th Aug’23 around 3 PM. I immediately logged a ticket through Airtel App. I haven’t got any resolution yet and there is no technician visit. I have called customer service many times and they are just reading the script stating issue will be resolved soon. I am IT Engineer by profession and I am completely dependent on broadband service. I have paid amount of 2828 rupees in advance and there is completely dead. It’s impacting profession very badly and it have huge impact on my finances.
