Hello My name is bhavesh, on january 1st 2022 since there is no internet for regular interval of time from the airtel I decided to quit the service then I try to raise the disconnection request, but the airtel customer people has said that you need to pay the bill inorder to disconnect it i have paid the bill instead paying the bill i have tried many times to raise the disconnection request but airtel customer people are saying okay we have taken the request but not registering the request when it got registered after a lot of attempts, one of the airtel supervisors called me to ensuring that connection will be disconnected I have confirmed yes for the disconnection after two three day when I recheck the status of my request it say its still active and saying that my problem is resolved of internet that’s why the internet is active. Thinking of that again i raised again the disconnection request but no one again officially registering my request then i tried to put in twitter no reply, went to the airtel to store they said they wont the take the disconnection request here no help from the store i pretty much frustrated and felt helpless then mailed them they have accepted the mail after a week and they have took the router and the landline with them and when i check the status its still active and they are charging me when i asked why there are still charging me they said you have to pay the January bill payment when even though i didn’t used it and \router also taken away there are charging me. Then raised the bill payment issue request no. 10017263298 to know resolve the issue but there are not resolving it rather calling me torturing me to pay the bills then feb came on feb 10th they called me again saying that you have to pay the feb + jan bill of rupees 800/- then asked why would I pay when raised the on jan 2nd itself and later on jan 18th she said that i will wave off the feb money you can pay only January money of 487/- and i will disconnect the internet she said. When i payed even though i didn’t used it thinking of i will free from the airtel after paying she cut the call and then asking me to pay the remaining amount of 387 then only the connection will be disconnected. they are torturing me and taking payment which i didn’t used for also router and all taken away and I feel helpless dont know to where I should go so I came here to complaint.
