This is a complaint to inform you that I’d applied for Airtel Broadband on 19th Oct 2020 and made the payment for the same. The application number is 05512355832. The payment was done on 19th Oct, but still, broadband has not been provided at my place. I’ve tried to reach the local airtel store but they aren’t responding anymore. This is highly unprofessional from Airtel.
