Airtel is cheater..

I am prime customer for airtel and i have been using services from long time mobile & others. Service is worst. They take the orders and relevant payment immediately. But after that you will not hear any support from them. For this, i have all documents proof in my hand if required.

Now the issue, i have requested airtel broadband connection on 30th may 2020, i got the service installation technicians on 5th June 2020 after making multiple calls by cracking my head..

However, techcian said the cables cannot pulled through internal pipes and said he will provide connection from outside by making whole into wall. I said, i already told your one of your technician while submitting the new request for connection and he committed it is possible. But after the discussion i came to know that he is a marking guy and given fault commitments.

Hence, i informed technician not required your service since i do not want to make whole to main wall of my house. I requested cancellation. After that no response from airtel support team, nor techncians.

This is really worst response.. I will go the consumer court if no one respond immediately.
