I have made a payment of ₹3003/- on 10/12/2022 for the installation of Airtel Xstream Broadband. They later informed me that , their service is not available in my area and have initiated a refund. I have received a message from Airtel regarding the refund , stating that they will refund the amount within a week on 28/12/2022. Till now 11/02/2023, i haven’t received a penny from their side and it’s really frustrating when they are behaving this irresponsible.
This is the message i received from airtel
