I had recently requested for new broadband connection from airtel website.

And after 2 days i got call from customer  care  name Munish ( 9716203044 )that feasibility is there in my area and i was happy to take connection from airtel.

Next day i got call from person called Munish, he visited my place collected all documents Before submitting documents i had asked him multiple times and he promised me that pay 2828 rupees  for 3 months plan.

So, i was happy i did online payment as advance for 3 months via online as per his request.

After i did online payment , Munish promised me of connection next day, i waited for three days after that technician called and saying there is no wire (cable)in your adress.

I called customer care number 5 times and asked them to refund my money.  But they told me contact to munish. But when i call to munish, he does not pick up the phone.

I want to get refund of my payment.
