Text of Complaint by Prasanth Rajan:

Dear Team,

Im using this service for the first time and so I’m having high hopes that there is someone who can take up my concern and willing to help me.

 

My airtel broadband is not working for the last 7 days and even after repeated call to customer care, I didn’t receive any help and even not seeing an intention to fix this issue.

The worse things is that the call center is playing with the customer giving false expectations and promises and I have reached a situation that I lost all faith in this service provider. Please suggest how I can inform this concern to the higher authority within airtel. The call center is a mean channel and it’s now a days really manned by people who has no customer centricity.
