Facing airtel internet outage since 1 week.. daily it is getting worse and worse.. raised multiple complaints.. and they close those ticket without resolving the actual issue..
Online classes of 2 childern, official work 4 people getting impacted daily.. and on the top of it airtel also wouldn’t resolve issue or even extend the validity as they are just wasting our money .. today at 10am i asked customer executive to raise on high priority ..he told that issue will get fixed in 2 hrs ..and not its 7:30pm yet no resolution.

I am really frustrated and ask everyone to shift to non Airtel ISP.. local hopefully atleast you know whom to connect to ..
DISAPPOINTED by such CHEAP customer handling by AIRTEL.
Airtel executive even say that use Airtel thanks app to raise issue.. are you stupid.. your shitty app is useless when you don’t have internet available.
