Hi, The airtel Broadband FTTH connection is not working since 15th April. Everytime when we call airtel customer care we have been told that the issue will be resolved in 2 hours. However its more than 7 days the issue is not resolved. This severely impacts our business. They are not ready to move my connection to copper aswell as take request for disconnection. This is really frustrating and causing mental agony.
