I am reaching out to you for the registered name and account for the below connection:

Issue: I have been lodging complaints with Airtel for the said broadband connection from last 2-3 months and everytime these technicians call me, waste my time, asks me to switch on/off the router in the middle of the night/morning, asks me to check the ring in the DSL, visits my place often and leaves without resolution, takes the happy code forcefully and closes the complaint without any resolution.
This is the same thing which has been happening for the period of 3 months. I have made hundreds of calls to the Airtel Customer Support 121, and all they have to say is I have escalated it and the internet will be fixed by 24-48 hours. Again I call after the waiting time and they give another waiting time of 24-48 hours and this goes on and on.
Really frustrated with Airtel, I have also tried disconnecting the connection but these technicians asked me not to disconnect as we are working on your issue. This incident happened 20 days ago and still the connection is not fixed neither they allowed me to disconnect so that I can switch to a different SPN.
Today, I have escalated this issue to Airtel apealette and Nodal as well.
