I regret to state here that yesterday I had completed all the formalities of registration and payment by 4pm.
I was told within 24 hours the MODEM would be activated. Today at 2pm Mallikarjun along with a boy named Mahadev completed the wiring and connected the MODEM, they said they will come back in one hour to complete the procedure.
But, it is 5 hours since they left, and the MODEM is still not activated. I called Mahadev’s number eleven times but he doesn’t receive my call.
I called Rangaswamy, the person who had collected the doc and payment yesterday, he bluntly says it is not his job to activate the MODEM. Now, tell me where should I go?
I request you to refund my money because this is the second occasion, where I m having bad experience with AIRTEL. Thanks
