Dear Respective,
I booked new airtel xsream fiber connection on 26th jan 2021 and payment was made on the same day for the rs.3539 as rental advance. Till now i didn’t get connection/installation is still pending. Whenever i called their customer care they lay down our legs for the apologies and keep saying it will be done either by EOD or before afternoon of next day. This happens since last 3 days. Please do the needful at the earliest. I learnt a very good lesson from here, please don’t pay your money in advance until the work is done completely. Don’t believe anyone in the matter of money.
