Hi

• I stay in HSR ,Sector 7 ,Bangalore -560102 and I am airtel customer for long and taken its internet broadband few months back.

There was network issue which is resolved but some local miscreants broke open the junction box and mishandling it everytime and the network goes down. The box is in open state now. I temporarily used my number lock but they broke that even.

I have raised complaints to airtel (107941442 and 107955268)  but no action action has been taken yet except checking for faulty cabling.

Can I please know when the junction box will be replaced (if possible a more solid box,rather than a plastic box) and what action can be taken from airtel authorities to ensure that this do not happen again ?
