I have ordered Airtel Xtream Fiber for my home, But the engineers said Airtel fiber is not available at present we can only provide a copper connection. I have no choice left as I have paid for 6 months package. They have installed the copper connection and the speed was horrible. They said you will get 24Mbps but the speed doesn’t crossed 15Mbps and upload speed is too low than mobile phone hotspot [I have attached speed test result from official google site]. I have raised complaints and engineers are assigned but no response from them. They gave me a missed call and airtel is messaging me like “Our representative XXXX tried reaching you please call back us”. I have been chasing them for almost 1 week and they simply saying we will call you in 5 mins. Why Airtel is giving service to users even before it is available? Consumers are getting scammed, I don’t know if it is Airtel’s fault or the local Engineers fault. My connection is getting worst day by day and no one is responding. I need fiber connection within next Saturday or else I need my cash back. I paid only for Xtream fiber not for some low bandwidth copper. My work productivity is very much decreased because of this internet connection. Airtel is a big brand in terms of internet. Hope it will resolve this issue asap.
