Greetings ,
It’s been more than 60 hours my wifi is not working . It’s Airtel Xtreme fibre . I’ve paid money for 6 months . I was out of station when I cam back since then my wifi is not working . After calling multiple time to customer care there’s no action taken from their end . Even phone numbers of engineers given by Airtel they didn’t pick my call . I’ve to work from home and I need wifi and that’s why I took this broad back connection but alas ! Im facing huge issues with the service .
They are not taking any actions .
This kind of service is affecting mental status. I’m facing extreme stress. I want my service .
