Text of Complaint by Ravina Raina:

We had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 4th June 2020.

The Airtel person too advance of Rs. 2828 from us and post it he never came to install the set up. We have called him up multiple times and asked to come and install. Finally we asked him to cancel the connection request and provide a refund since he was incapable of the set up installation. It’s been 15 days now and we still haven’t got the refund. The associated Airtel person is not taking our calls anymore and when we went to Airtel office, they mentioned that they cannot take this request. I am adding details required below:
