I am Dileep Kumar requested for airtel broadband connection (Airtel Xstream Fiber is eCAF_0402078335)on last Saturday to Ramana(kphb sales agent), I paid money 2828/- on that day(12-09-2020),he told airtel superfast service will arrange connection by today evening or Sunday morning.but till now it’s been one week I didn’t receive correct and proper response from airtel.i am software,nowadays net connection is very important for us. I can understand from technicians end also if they having any problems 1/2 days fine, but this is a bad situation no response, I called Ramana manager Mr. Sudhakar ,he is not picking any calls, for installation I have to follow up these many days.Both persons are not picking my calls.what’s the costumer support is this and I am really regret why I took airtel connection.please look into this matter.
