Text of Complaint by Ravi Kuntal:

Last year, in 2022. I applied for Airtel fiber, and the connection was done within a few weeks. Since then, every few days I’ve been facing an outage issue. Airtel is not able to provide the complete details, but from what they provided, in the last 90 days there have been outages for more than 20 days, and they are still going on while I’m writing this complaint.
In the first few months, the outage issue occurred for a few hours, but since May, the frequency and duration have increased (it reached about 12 days of continuous outage in June).
Airtel even played dirty a few times. I raised the complaint on May 18, 2023, and the outage continued until May 23, 2023, while they closed my request on May 18, 2023 itself.

What I asked for and Airtel has failed to provide:
1). A neighbor of mine is not facing any issues with the Airtel fiber connection. So, I asked them to shift my connection to the same server as his.
2). Share the details of the technical team and where they are working to resolve the outage.
3). Refund the amount.
4). Provide me with another solution.
