Transaction ID – 621813090 : Date – 21st June : Amount – 2828/- : Location Omaxe city,lucknow
Above is the details about my connection for Airtel broadband. On 21st june, Mr Krishna ( 7460005517) came running for taking registration and money giving me promise that the service will be live within 2 days. But after chasing and calling him and Mr. Sanjeev ( 9621395570) & Mr Amit (9956898203), nobody even picked up my calls. And after chasing for 8 days , the service got installed on 29th june’ 2020.
The line work was done temporary, giving me promise that it will be permanent in 1 day and within a day, the wire got broken due to some car parked by our neighbor. So no internet from 29th June evening.
I again tried reaching these people, along with their boss Mr Dinesh ( 9935091691) and Mr Manish Jha ( 9956898203) but after giving false promise on 1st call they also started ignoring my calls now. Even their TSM Mr Amit ( 9807198215) is not interested.
I want to ask how can worst or irresponsible the airtel employees can be. How can you fool your customers so much. I am paying you no but no service i am getting back.
Pathetic service. Lethargic work. Fooling every person. ridiculous.
I will take this to social media and show your real face.
