Hi,

I have taken a airtel broadband connection a year ago and asked for the disconnection for services in november since i was moving out of bangalore. Since then i recieve calls daily regarding the procedures to transfer connection etc but never a confirmation call about disconnection. Inspite of constant reminders from my emd they were negligent and now i recieve message even after 2months asking to pay the bill. “Bill dated 03-Jan-19 for your airtel fixedline/broadband ID 08043700897 has been sent at amarnathreddy@gmail.com from ebill@airtel.com. Due amount: Rs 938.73, due date: 22-Jan-19.” No airtel store person and customer care person responds properly. Now why should i keep paying the bill inspite of their negoigence.

Their sick services are making me pay the price. I need this to be rectified.
