I applied for new broadband connection on jan 12 , 2021, after making sure that their port is available in my area. since it was urgent for me, i insisted for a connection at the earliest and the person in-charge promised that i would get a connection in 2-3 days max. now they are telling that our port is not available there and even they are not refunding my money . Everyday they are making excuses and its impacting my work , Request you to please help me on this
