Text of Complaint by Rajeev Kumar Pandey:

I have been having problems with airtel broadband connection (08099886236_kk). After raising the issue to the customer care only text messages about the service engineer scheduled to attend from Airtel come, but never the service engineer. I had no internet connection between March 29- Apr 21. After calling customer care several times and only a wait of 22 days Mr service engineer from Airtel appeared and spends just 5-7 minutes to resolve the issue. For just a 5-7 mins visit of the engineer, I had to wait for 22 days. Again there is no internet since Apr 25 and all I am getting are text messages about the engineer (sometimes Mr Naveen, sometimes Mr Robert Paul) visiting my premises to resolve the issue. Until now no one has come to attend the problem. This morning, I was promised that the issue will be resolved by all means by 12.30 PM today; nobody came. Now they have again extended the resolution period till Apr 29. I have lost all my cool by now as I already have skipped one official Web meeting due to no internet connection and want just to get done with Airtel. Airtel is giving only false and dishonest promises and no services. There has to be a commitment about the timeline towards the consumer and if theses timelines are not fulfilled there must be appropriate penalties.
