I opted for airtel internet plan of 150gb/ 100mbps speed of ₹799/-.
Made a payment of ₹ 5232/- on 2nd of July 2020
All document verification was done on 2nd July morning itself but no one came to setup connection till now.
Every time involved executives give me the same answer over and over again that they are checking over it.
I have no idea what they are still checking in this and couldn’t provide a technician to setup wifi till now. Look into this matter urgently.
