This is Sundaramoorthy. I requested for a broadband connection From airtel having 100mbps speed. I got a call from airtel representative and she has sent all the available plan. i have selected 799 plan(100MBPS) plan. And i did payment before the installation also.
After the installation when installation engineer checking the speed, it was showing only 16mbps. Immediately I asked him that I have requested for 100mbs speed plan. He told he was instructed to give only 16mbps plan. i called to that airtel representative she did not pickup my call. In a critical situation only, I opted for high speed internet. But now I ended up with wrong connection. Kindly take necessary action and increase the speed ASAP.
