I opted for the airtel xfiber net broadband connection to my house, I made a payment of rupees 2122 via debit card. I thought people from airtel would come and fix it within 3 days. I was getting so many calls from people, one among them came to my home n checked the feasibility and said there is no fiber lane connection in your area but there is copper wire connection. Later on the person went back and said his people would contact me but none of them contacted me. I’ve been trying to call customer support team but airtel isn’t picking and not providing any assistance. They said they would refund my amount but I haven’t received any refund yet.
