Dear Team,
We have taken 2 corporate Airtel numbers for our office use, where 2 people from Airtel have been involved with name Mr. Hitesh Dubey & Mr. Ashish Mishra where Mr. Ashish Mishra has given false commitment of landline connection & now out of 2 landline we are in use of only 1 connection & after sending 2-3 reminders still issue has not yet resolved. He was told after putting one FCT box your 2 landlines will be used in one FCT where now we are using only one connection & other number after activating still unable to use, being Airtel brand with good service provider people like relationship managers spoiling brand name.
Hope after raising this complaint, will get immediate action plan from Airtel.
