- I have airtel broadband connection at my home, and after making so many complaint on customer care with no satisfed answer provided till now , i want to register my complaint here as airtel is not providing good service and internet connection to me , after so many time’s of my request that my internet connection is being disconnected again and again they are not taking it seriously.
- airtel just register my complaint and than they make it fine,and after few days again i am having my disconnection of internet.
- they are charging 799/- plus taxes for the broadband connection monthly which is very high price but still they are not giving service according to that, its been 4-5months that i am having this problem. I have sent mail to airtel also but have not got satisfactory answers from them. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
- please help me , as i have this last option to register my complaint here
