Text of Complaint by Kapil harchandani:

  1. I have airtel broadband connection at my home, and after making so many complaint on customer care with no satisfed answer provided till now , i want to register my complaint here as airtel is not providing good service and internet connection to me , after so many time’s of my request that my internet connection is being disconnected again and again they are not taking it seriously.
  2. airtel just register my complaint and than they make it fine,and after few days again i am having my disconnection of internet.
  3. they are charging 799/- plus taxes for the broadband connection monthly which is very high price but still they are not giving service according to that, its been 4-5months that i am having this problem. I have sent mail to airtel also but have not got satisfactory answers from them. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
  4. please help me , as i have this last option to register my complaint here
