3 calls made to the customer service desk
I can recollect their name
But I spoke to saif and suraj
Aren’t your advisors supposed to give broadband plan information to the customers how these guys disconnect the call the 2nd guy hang up the call might be he disconnected the Avaya cable this is how airtel helps their customers disconnecting the call the guy saif disconnected the call and the other 2guy suraj these are your tenured guys who works in night shift and wrap up the call in just 1 or 2 minutes so that the quality team won’t monitor their calls as the calls fall between 1 minute like 50 sec calls how bad is your customer support they disconnect the call wrap up the call disconnect the avaya cable so it won’t get audited they might have a reason that my avaya froze how bad this is these guys working in night shift sleeps keep the call on mute and roam all around the Floor this is how you manage the calls that are in que and your guys do these things because at night no one is there to observe them you should take strict action against this improve your security internally first then serve the customers bad very bad experience while speaking to the agent over the phone hope airtel fixes the issue and give me reply back the the issue is fixed I work as a Vice President in Teleperformance and I know how things work in call center kindly fix your internal security first speak to your agents keep a good TL on Floor who can manage the night shift employees and still my issue is not fixed I want to subscribe to Airtel Broadband but before that I need some information how it works for that I called today and got such a bad experience from airtel customer service agents hope this issue gets resolved train your tenured guys not to sleep in night and take calls and ever keep the call on mute and respond to customer 5 10 later fix this Airtel..
