My Self Arun Singh and I am Living in Muzaffarnagar city which is situated at U.P . I registered for Airtel Broadband connection on 16 sept 2020 through airtel app and already make a payment for 3 months for this connection.
But from that day i didn’t receive any call from airtel technician for the futher process of installation.
Ans yes most imp talk is when i call for installation of router in airtel office they sometimes ignore my call and they sometime even bluff me and yes even they switch off their phones too.
So there are almost 16 days i am not getting my connection yet.

After all we believe in Airtel but due to these guys i will have to drop the Airtel Broadband connection and switch to another connection.
