Hi Sir/Madam,
My self Praveen & I have booked the broadband connection over the online on 11th of June 2020
Next day I got a call from the customer care number & informed me about that executive will be visiting your home to collect the documents. Executive came and took my pic & taken the picture of aadhar card, he has shared the link to make the online payment to get the new connection.
He suggested me to take 3 months plan so there will be no installation charges & I agreed and paid the 3 months plan.
He told that you will get the connection within 48 hrs. I have waited till 15th of June ( Monday) as their will be weekend holiday. Monday I tried reaching the airtel customer care number to check the status & was getting the fake response like within 4 hrs today EOD & our executive is outside of your house, but no technical person has called me.
Same fake reason went till yesterday morning ( 17th of June) someone has called me told that the broadband connection has been cancelled due to non feasibility & you will get the refund within 7 working days.
Just to make sure today morning I called the customer care number, but was not able to connect cut to my cancellation. I have tried to speak with they selecting the option of new connection they told me that refund will happen within 15 working days.
Because of Airtel mistake why I need to wait these many daysto get my money back. And not sure till I get my money back
