I got the new airtel broadband connection. I might have used max may be for less than 2 hours and then the internet stopped. we called almost 15 times on the same day and every time I made a call a different reason was given

From morning 8 am till evening 8 pm we made several calls and every time the customer representative gave a different excuse
When I asked to cancel the connection and refund the amount as I have never used the service even for a day and was willing to pay for the data I used. They refused and stopped picking up our calls and the issue is still not resolved now
