Respected sir/madam,
I have bought a new Airtel black connection for INR 4000/- in August 2022 in which DTH and broadband connection was included and they said it will have 6 month subscription.
From day 1 connection was not good. Connection keep on fluctuating.
When I complaint regarding they said they was issue with wire which was disconnected.
But same was issue was started next day. I have complained multiple times but there is no response. Everytime false statement given by customer care.
Please help me regarding this. I want my money back and ask them to take their connection back.
