Text of Complaint by Mohammed Muzamil:

I purchased the airtel broadband connection and paid in advance for 12 months and now after 4 months, their connection got disconnected and they were not resolving it and when asked they said it will take more than a month to resolve the issue after following up for 2 weeks and they said they will refund the amount if we don’t want to continue and tell us in 7 days and now when we asked for the status of refund, they saying that we don’t do any refunds. They have been harassing like this for refund nor gave the service and we had to get other service after all this. I need my refund which they are not ready to give.
