Text of Complaint by Gaurav:

Airtel booked the broadband by lying about the availability of the port or line in the area , they said that line is available and booked the service by online payment of rs 2828 but after booking they are saying that port is not free in your area and we have to dechoke the box which will take more than 2 days ,so this is the whole matter.
