Hi Team,
I am Logesh Lakshmanan. I have raised a new broadband connection on last week and asked to pay 2828 for the installation charge by the local operator his name is Selva.
After the payment the installation team visited and said no for any new connection due to lack of some connection issues in our area so the paid amount should be refunded but its been 4 days since they left and till now i cant reach the guy selva and he is attending any calls from me and disconnecting my calls.
So i strongly recommend to take immediate action on this to cancel the broadband service and immediate refund should be provided.
I want to escalate this to the zone head in our area want to take immediate action on this.

This is happend for both of us and same condition for my friend too.
So i request to take immediate action on this.
