I had an Airtel sim with number 9900823143 which was using for commercial purpose. Since I didn’t wanted to continue with Postpaid services I have planned to change my services to Prepaid. Whereas I’m situated at Kolar and in complete Kolar district there is no facility to change it from Postpaid to Prepaid. I have been visited many times to Kolar Airtel store and that assisted to visit Bangalore office. As it was very far for me, on 4th of September I visited to Bangalore Whitefield branch and cleared all my balance and given document to switch it to Prepaid. But the SIM didn’t got activated. And from that day my number is not in service and my number been registered in JustDial and many of my customers use to contact us on my same number.. I lost around 1lakh rupees business due to mobile services unavailability.
Every time I can’t visit Bangalore in my busy schedule.
My question is what is the use of Airtel store located in Kolar if we didn’t get the full fledged service.
Who will pay the loss which happened to me?
