I have made an enquiry about Airtel black online then a representative name: Bhanu call me for connection. He initially informed me that we will get broadband, dth and free OTT for Rs4000/- So I have made this payment. After this payment there is no response from his side or airtel. They only placed broadband and didn’t provide any free subscription. On calling customer care they are telling you have contacted a local representative so contact him. Airtel representative are very rude and do not pick up the calls after payment and neither they are placing dth and free ott services
