Hi Team,
My name is y v chaitanya. We have enrolled for airtel black on 29th of march (on YAVARNA SAI KAVYA). Airtel xstream fiber ID – 08049906520 (new) and (08043752124)(older). A guys from one of your executive have come to my home on 29th of March and enrolled for Airtel black. He had port both of our IDEA network to Airtel and told that fiber installation will be done by end of the day which was already past 5 days. I have been trying to call that guy again. He won’t pick my calls. I don’t know how to connect to Airtel black team. You said Airtel black would respond to you in 60 seconds but it’s already 5 days and i have parked all my other work so that when any engineer visits I should be available. Please respond to me with date of the installation ASAP and I’ll wait for 1 more day and switch to ACT fibernet.
